Ōbaku Baisa-ryu is welcoming everyone who is interested in practicing Senchado.

All our o-temae (tea making procedures) is conducted with a table-and-chair installation. You don't need to worry about your feet aches.

Lesson provided in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan. 

Not only in person, but online lesson is now available for those who live outside Japan.

Jun-Shihan (Associate Master) License

At least 2 years practice, you will be qualified to apply for the Jun-Shihan license. 

Once you get Jun-Shihan license, you will be able to organize a senchado class and tea ceremony.

One-Day Senchado Experience

One-Day Senchado Experience must be an exceptional opportunity for travelers and anyone wishing to explore the authentic art of Sencha.

In this one day trial lesson, you can watch the traditional tea ceremony procedures (o-temae) by an instructor and perform o-temae on your own.

Of course, enjoy savoring the rich flavor of premium Japanese green tea.
